Mobile/SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These mobile messaging terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms") relate to the sending of mobile text/SMS messages by Fred Anderson Acura ("us" or "we"). Mobile carriers require business SMS users to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) to enable test messaging. This is required of all businesses sending SMS from both short code numbers and long code numbers (10DLC), and the disclosures below relate to that registration process.

1. General: If you agree to receive text SMS/messages from us, these messages may be sent using autodialers. Messages may include promotions, information about your orders or account, multi-factor authentication codes, and other messages related to our services.

2. Opt-in/Consent to Receive Messages: We do not sell, rent, share, or give your consent to receive text messages to anyone else. If you agree to get texts from us, we will not pass that permission to another company.

3. Consent is Not Required: You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy from us or use our services.

4. Opt-Out at Anytime: You can stop receiving text messages whenever you want. After you request to stop, you may still receive a few messages while we process your request.

5. Frequency of Messages: The number of text messages we send may vary depending on your activity and ongoing promotions.

6. Message Rates: Your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates. We may not be able to deliver messages to every mobile carrier.

7. Additional Terms & Changes: These Mobile Terms supplement any other policies and agreements on our website. If there is a conflict between these Mobile Terms and other website terms or policies, the other terms or policies will control. If we modify these Mobile Terms, we will post the updated version on our website. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
